2/24/2012 11:33:45 AM
New York State Trooper Ronald Morse helped rescue a man who fell through the ice on Oneida Lake this week. During the rescue attempt, Trooper Morse himself fell through the ice and was helped by three other ice fishermen in rescuing the man. Once the successful rescue was completed, Trooper Morse changed into a dry uniform and went back to work - with just a little more than a week to go until his retirement. The State Troopers PBA commends Trooper Morse for his bravery and wishes him well in his retirement.
