The PBA is saddened by the loss of one of our retirees, Sgt./SC Jeffrey Cicora, who passed away on August 10, 2019 from an illness stemming from his assignment in the search and recovery efforts in New York City at the World Trade Center site following the 9/11 terrorist attack. Sgt./SC Cicora served with the New York State Police for 24 years. He is survived by his wife and son and extended family.
