Funeral arrangements have been finalized for Trooper Giuseppe Fralonardo, 38, who passed away on August 28, 2014 after a long illness. Trooper Fralonardo, who served with the New York State Police since 2005, was assigned to Troop K and last worked at the Hudson Valley Transportation Management Center.
