Last night, New York State Troopers PBA President Thomas H. Mungeer read Trooper Christopher G. Skinner’s name during the 27th Candlelight Vigil at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC.  Trooper Skinner was one of 117 law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty in 2014. A total of 273 names were added to the memorial wall, including 156 officers who had died serving in previous years.
