Open enrollment for the 2024 Plan Year is now underway. To apply, please click here to access the application. The deadline to submit your application is September 30, 2025. You may be eligible if you retired between 4/1/2008 and 12/31/2023 and you were a full-time member (excluding time as an associate member) of a bargaining unit within the PBA.
