Funeral arrangements have been finalized for New York State Trooper David Brinkerhoff, who was killed in the line of duty on April 25, 2007.
A viewing will take place on Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 1 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. on both days at the W.C. Brady’s Sons Funeral Home at 97 Mansion St. in Coxsackie, NY 12051.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 2 at 11 a.m. at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church at 85 Elm Ave., Delmar, NY 12054. Burial will follow immediately after the funeral, at St. Mary’s Cemetery on Route 385, just outside the village of Coxsackie.
The State Troopers PBA will host a funeral luncheon reception on Wednesday, May 2, immediately following the funeral. The reception will be held at the Elm Avenue Park in the town of Bethlehem. Directions from the Bethlehem Lutheran Church at 85 Elm Avenue: Head East on Elm Avenue toward Tierny Drive (0.7 mi), and continue on Elm Avenue until the Park, at 261 Elm Ave.
