Funeral services held for New York State Trooper Jill E. Mattice

About 1,500 New York State Troopers, law enforcement officers from across New York state, representatives of State Police agencies from across the country, family and friends paid tribute to New York State Trooper Jill E. Mattice as she was laid to rest on January 26. Trooper Mattice, 31, was killed in the line of duty on January 20 as the result of a car crash. Funeral services were held in Clarence, near Trooper Matticeā€™s hometown of Cheektowaga.

The State Troopers PBA continues to mourn the loss of Trooper Mattice. The PBA family thanks the public safety community and the public for their support during this difficult time.
