Message of Support on 9-11

One year ago today, nearly 3,000 men and women were killed in the terrorist attacks on America. Along with the memorial services and tributes planned for today, the Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers, Inc., would like to express its sympathy and support for the families of those who lost their lives. The PBA would also like to express its solidarity for our brothers and sisters in public safety – including the men and women who gave their lives in the line of duty to make sure that others would live, and to the men and women who continue to serve and protect our citizens every day.

The PBA represents more than 5,900 active and retired uniformed members of the New York State Police from the rank of Trooper through the rank of Major.
